I am a partner with the firm and practice primarily in the area of civil litigation. I have extensive experience representing clients in the area of personal injury law, including negligence, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, products liability, and appellate work. My practice also focuses on the defense of employment discrimination and retaliation claims, as well as the defense of governmental entities in Title 59, civil rights and Section 1983 litigation matters. I am an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Vice Chair of the Civil Trial Bar Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and am a trustee of the Camden County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Foundation. I am licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I am also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
