About Michael Urdan

I am an undergraduate student at the University of Washington majoring in Real Estate, with the intention of transferring into the Foster School of Business. I am highly motivated to expand my knowledge of business, particularly in the field of accounting and finance while continuing to cultivate my passion for the real estate industry. Additionally, I have a strong interest in sales and plan to earn a sales certification by my senior year.I have experience across various professional environments, including construction sites, summer camp programs, volunteer initiatives, and office settings. These roles have allowed me to develop adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within team-based environments.I have first hand experience at Avenue5 Residential a multifamily property management company. I’ve developed strong skills in sales, communication, and customer service. My experience includes leasing apartments, drafting and managing lease agreements, cold calling and emailing prospective residents, and conducting property tours that highlight the value of different properties. I worked in a fast-paced office environment alongside a collaborative team, where I honed my ability to meet goals and build relationships with clients. I\'m passionate about helping people find the right home and thrive in a team-focused setting that values organization, outreach, and results.
