About Michael Uhl
I’m a 30+ year Environmental Engineer with extensive experience in the process and project development, execution, and operations of all types of Environmental Management and Treatment assets; mainly focusing on Water and Wastewater assets and technologies. I have been, and continue to be involved in the execution of all phases of large multi-million dollar environmental and production projects in multiple locations worldwide. Additionally, I have extensive experience in all aspects of environmental permitting, regulatory management and interpretation. I enjoy seeking and implementing unique and innovative water and wastewater and regulatory solutions. From a personal perspective, being involved in all aspects of the “Water World” throughout my entire career, and having witnessed firsthand the consequences of poor and contaminated water supplies, has led me to the belief that clean water and sanitation are basic human rights. My long term goal is to leverage my knowledge and experiences from my career in the manufacturing and government sectors into the NGO sector to help with global water problem solutions.
