About Michael Turrill
Michael Turrill is a commercial litigator and first-chair trial lawyer with 30 years of experience defending his clients in complex commercial disputes and class actions, particularly in the entertainment, consumer, real estate, tech, financial services, and automotive industries. His clients include major companies based throughout the United States and internationally.As a trusted advisor to his clients, Michael has a wealth of experience in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. His clients benefit from his pragmatic and straight forward approach to litigating and resolving their most complex disputes and his comprehensive knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws, business torts, and unfair competition laws, as well as his experience handling consumer class actions, employment disputes, intellectual property matters, and contractual and partnership disputes.Michael is also deeply committed to pro bono activities and community involvement. He currently serves on the Board of the Inner City Law Center of Los Angeles and previously served on the Board of the Western Center on Law and Poverty, and remains on its Endowment Board.
