In my role at S&P Global, I provide geoscience guidance, pre-sales technical demonstrations, and general customer mentoring across a variety of commercial opportunities and projects. My focus is on delivering clear and concise demonstrations of Kingdom Geology, Kingdom Petrophysics, and Analytics Explorer (a Tibco Spotfire plugin) to both internal and external stakeholders, and helping to ensure long-term customer retention through customer engagement/success. I regularly assist new and prospective customers in understanding fundamental workflows of Kingdom. This includes guiding users through routine steps in new project creation: Importing custom culture data (e.g. ESRI SHP files), and integrating S&P\'s upstream data content (such as well-data, deviated survey points, log curves, and IHS\'s pre-picked formation tops, production data, and more). Additionally, I provide users with a clear understanding of workflows for formation-top picking & gridding, wine-rack/Gunbarrel visualization, data management, zone modeling, borehole planning, and building/visualizing fit-for-purpose Analytics Explorer dashboards for centralized reporting of conventional, unconventional, or offshore assets. Wherever possible, I incorporate and showcase the value of leveraging AI/ML through upstream/geoscience specific workflows. I ensure clients are aware of latest generation features, including automated fault attribute extraction from seismic data (e.g. leveraging Kingdom\'s ML/ICNN capabilities), capabilities for building \"prediction maps\" using Machine Learning Prediction and Factor Contribution Analysis, and generation of Self-Organizing Maps (SOMs) in Analytics Explorer. I frequently conduct \"What\'s New\" presentations to keep clients informed about the latest features and enhancements, ensuring they fully recognize the value received from our solutions.
