I have recently graduated from the University of St Andrews with a First Class M.A. Honours degree in International Relations and Modern History; during my final year there, I wrote my dissertation on the evolution of US-Taiwan relations during the Cold War. I have experience interning in the legal compliance field, which has given me an understanding of US regulatory frameworks for the financial services industry and proven my abilities to multitask complex projects across different departments. My most significant extracurricular project at college has been my time as writer and editor-in-chief for the St Andrews Law Review, a student-run legal news report; this has allowed me to explore the legislative and regulatory systems which shape current events while helping others communicate their own ideas and arguments.
