I am a Petroleum Engineer with over ten years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. My current role is Director of Engineering for EIV Capital, LLC.At AGR Americas my goal was to assist clients by adding value across all aspects of upstream services from reservoir evaluation, drilling services, and well management.At Apache, I began by working in the Exploration Evaluation group where I worked to build, and ultimately run and maintain, Apache\'s Portfolio Model. A platform that was leveraged to identify the projects within the company that maximized cash flow and value to the corporation using linear and non-linear methods to optimize capital allocation and timing. In that role I was also tasked with evaluating acquisition and divestiture impacts on short and long-term company performance. Following my work in the Exploration Evaluation group I was offered the opportunity to transfer abroad to live and work in Cairo, Egypt for one of Apache\'s international regions. In Egypt, I was responsible for performing economic evaluations on all of Apache Egypt\'s exploration inventory. To accomplish this I used uncertainty and decision modeling software paired with a robust economic model that is able to capture the complexity of Egypt\'s production sharing agreements. In order to come to an economic evaluation it is necessary to capture as much information as is possible for each prospect; to do this I worked closely with geologists, geo-scientists, drilling and operations engineers, and facilities engineers. Throughout my career with Devon Energy, Breitburn MLP, Apache Corporation, and now AGR I have had the opportunity to work both conventional and unconventional assets and am well versed in the challenges and understanding each asset class requires.
