Ferno (UK) Ltd design, develop, manufacture and sell a portfolio of products and end-user solutions into a number of market sectors relating to patient handling, including Ambulance, Fire, Rescue, Military & Funeral.Responsible for the management of the Ferno Product portfolio from cradle to grave, encompassing identification of new product opportunities and requirements, product development, product launches, customer-based product evaluations, technical product support to sales/service teams and customers, right through to product withdrawal/obsolescence.Managing the NPD process, ensuring that regular NPD meetings are held to review development project progress, working with Engineering Design, Operations, Commercial and Marketing departments on a day-to-day basis to continue to grow and enhance the product portfolio.Other responsibilities include managing the creation, issuing & maintenance of all product-related sales and support collateral, including Product Launch Bulletins, product sales sheets & brochures, product pricing and price lists, Sales ppt presentations, sales and training videos, user manuals, competitor intelligence and comparisons and service support documentation.
