In this capacity I design and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies for an innovative GSK pipeline, including assets from therapy areas, Immuno-Inflammation, and Rare diseases to deliver the commercial ambition. I maintain consistent coordination with multidisciplinary global teams, such as manufacturing, R&D, and commercial franchise to streamline supply chain operations. I lead end-to-end management of multiple dose forms, such as Biopharm, Sterile products (lyo and liquid), and Oral Solid dose (tablets and powders) while ensuring strict compliance to corporate policies and procedures. I monitor performance of all areas on regular basis, assess low performing areas, and devise effective plans to initiate a productive change and optimize product portfolio performance. It is worth mentioning that I developed and implemented cost effective and results-driven supply chain, requiring £120M investment to support a blockbuster product.
