   Master Production Schedule (MPS) plans are developed and communicated with a focus on delivery and inventory control•Capacity plan is developed with Operations to ensure a valid master schedule is developed in support of customer demand and forecast•Responsible for ensuring daily production schedule is developed, communicated and implemented in support of meeting on time customer delivery•Manage Receiving, put-away and Kitting areas to ensure timely and accurate receipts, put-away and issuance to the shop floor and to maintain and ensure inventory accuracy•Inbound / outbound freight Logistics strategy is optimized and implemented, as required•Shipments are completed in a timely manner in support of customer requirements•Cycle counting is conducted and monthly reporting of metrics are completed and distributed; supports annual physical inventories, as required•On-demand cycle counts are completed in a timely manner•Slow moving and obsolete reserves are estimated and provided to Finance•Systemic supplier related issues impacting the build plan are elevated within the site Procurement function and Supply Chain Commodity Management, as required•Ensure maintenance of item master is conducted per policy•Track and report key performance indicators and proactively identify appropriate actions to close gaps and to drive continuous improvement•Maintain and ensure budgets for Materials Management department•Participate in activities to include 5S, Kaizen, DIVE events, Six Sigma, and other related continuous improvement events.•Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the EHS policy and management system, the importance of conforming to EHS policies and procedures and consequences of failing to comply with EHS policies and procedures.•Continuously drive 5S culture within the Materials Organization•Support achievement of ACE Gold activities, as required•Execute all tasks associated with the site macro plan objectives and site business plan, as required
