Following my involvement in the successful sale of Nuvias to Infinigate Group in 2022 (backed by Bridgepoint), I have taken on responsibility for the new enlarged Group’s Financing and Treasury activities. Looking after a team of treasury professionals, responsibilities including financing & debt structuring, relations management with banks, FX & Interest rate risk management, cashflow forecasting and working capital and cashflow optimisation across the group for the now €2.5bn revenue Group on a fast growth trajectory. Key achievements to date include: • Implemented FX and Hedging strategies accross the group, in 1st 6 months already having mitigated >€2m of cash losses that would have occurred without managing the FX exposures
