Collaborate with milieus of adult, child & adolescent patients with various eating disorders (e.g, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, ARFID), in PHP level of care - Work closely with Adult & Child & Adolescent Pathlight program, with milieus of patients of mood and anxiety related disorders- Facilitate curriculum-based therapeutic groups (e.g, DBT & RODBT, ACT, CBT, Body Image, Optimal Engagement, Perfectionism, Values, Self-Compassion, Self-Care, Meditation, Identity, Boundaries, etc.)- Also facilitate process groups and community meetings with Adult & Child & Adolescent ED & Adult & Child & Adolescent Pathlight patient groups- Demonstrate milieu management skills through de-escalation and crisis management, behavior coaching, bathroom monitoring/flush checks. documentation of groups, meals, patient check-in\'s and observations, and other areas of program- Provide additional support to patients throughout their progress of recovery during their time in treatment- Exhibit punctuality skills through providing onsite coverage as requested for other Program Therapists, while serving on a PRN work modality, as well as perform other tasks while working closely with the Clinical Director and Clinical Manager, and rest of ERC staff
