   Hire, train, develop, coach, mentor, and manage a team of ten remote, nationwide account management professionals who act as the voice of their assigned clients within Express Scripts. Emphasis on development led to six direct report promotions in 2022-23. • Assume responsibility for all operational aspects of two cornerstone health plans totaling 2.4 million members, including Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange lines of business. • Serve as the Health Plan Division’s captain for 7/1, 10/1 and 1/1 milestones; lead a team that works with divisional, operational, and company-wide partners to ensure successful implementations • Led the successful implementation of a new CDH exchange paradigm with a large health plan; saved both the plan and ESI significant cost by reducing errors and retiring old, custom processes * In 2022, selected as one of 100 enterprise leaders to participate in “Carrying The Torch,” Cigna’s senior manager development program • Contributed to the successful long-term renewal of both assigned clients
