About Michael Terrell

Mike has been with WSP, USA for just over 4 years. He recently transferred from his role as District Operations Manager for the NW to become Project Delivery Manager for the Southern States District in the Southeast Region. His Operations role covers all business in the District. Mike joined WSP coming from the City of Seattle where he spent 13 years working on public transportation projects for the Department of Transportation in multiple roles including Deputy Director of the Department and Division Director of the Capital Projects and Roadway Structures Division. Mike has more than 35 years of experience in the management, planning, design and construction of transportation, municipal engineering and site development projects throughout the Northwest. He has led projects through all phases of development including the initial planning, preliminary and final design, construction and closeout. Mike understands what it takes to successfully develop and implement a capital project from both the consultant\'s as well as the owner\'s perspective. This experience has afforded him the ability to work with project teams in a fair and professional manner better understanding the constraints that each face in day to day business.
