Returned to Ward Howell as Partner - International Board Practice. I am a member of the firm\'s specialized capability in corporate governance advisory and the recruitment of board directors and C-suite executives. Based on 30 years of experience in the post-Soviet region, my practice focuses primarily on Ukraine, where the government is pursuing corporate governance reform and the building of independent boards of directors even during wartime. In close cooperation with my colleagues in our Kyiv office, I recruit international independent directors primarily from the U.S. and Europe. I travelled frequently to Kyiv until the pandemic and then the Russian invasion in 2022.
