Collects and analyzes evidence, conducts interviews of witnesses and defendants, prepare reports, and presents findings for regulatory and criminal prosecution. Presents criminal case investigations to Grand Jury and testifies in count. Developed written procedures for conducting investigations and inspections. Developed working relationships with Local, State and Federal agencies to promote joint investigative efforts and information / intelligence sharing. Has planned and developed diversion training initiatives which have been instituted across the State of Texas to inform Veterinarians in Opioid Abuse, Preventing Drug Diversion, Security of Controlled Drugs, and Inventory Control.
