The difficulty is the execution. The circling back once a project is complete. What worked? What didn\'t? A man who was much more experienced than I, and not always the easiest to work with, once taught me about continuous improvement. The idea of actively improving each day, and after every project, big or small. He argued that only through this self-reflection and sometimes team-reflection was continuous improvement possible.
