Provide industry knowledge to assist the estimating team in bidding projects to ensure that a fair and accurate price is given to my customers (Home Depot, McDonalds, Circle K, Bain Depot, and potential clients).• Collaborate with project stakeholders including clients, fellow contractors, and subcontractors in a manner that builds and maintains positive, strong relationships and ensures that all projects run as smoothly as possible.• Use teamwork to work with all members of my project management office to write schedules of execution, schedule, and monitor awarded jobs to ensure successful, timely completion of all jobs within budget and with high-level execution.• Demonstrate financial acumen through setting and maintaining the budget of projects through schedule controls, monitoring of the jobs, and implementing change orders, the writing of reports, redlining budgets, and billing clients. • Work with all field staff to ensure that they meet standards for us and our clients. Assist Third Party Labour Manager in creating proper training materials and implementation of best practices in order to ensure that execution expectations are met or exceeded. Assist the field team in the completion of projects. Daily tasks include completing reporting, creating and adjusting schedules of execution, and problem solving when issues arise. This also includes visiting sites to complete pre-construction walks, assist teams with physical labour, deficiency walks and punch lists for completion.
