By blending external and internal information, I have delivered actionable insights to business executives, product stakeholders, and other internal teams, enabling them to take informed action based on current competitive and market conditions.On a personal note, I\'m working on going deeper into my yoga practice, enjoying backpacking throughout New England with the AMC, and still making plenty of time for reading!

   Responsible for providing consistent and exceptional competitive insights, serving additional stakeholders and delivering new and compelling insights with company-wide implications. • Retained director-level responsibility for owning Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) CI support for the business unit (BU). • Established formal CI support for two new-to-CI BUs, working with stakeholder groups to understand the CI needs of executives, functional leaders, middle managers, and client-facing employees. • Conducted interviews to identify consistent trends where CI could make the most significant impact, including providing senior executives a series of regular market update calls, creating multiple touch points to remain connected to CI, senior leadership training, and employee awareness & training roadshows. • Developed a framework for ongoing CI support for the two newly supported BUs, including quarter and fiscal year goals for CI deliverables.• Help lead the development of insights and evaluations of current market trends for company-wide CI research projects, including an annual competitive and market insights report, and regular ADP executive committee requests regarding developments in the competitive landscape.• Engage in additional cross-functional initiatives to infuse CI into additional touchpoints for sales, service, engineering, product marketing, etc.
