I have been involved in some of the most groundbreaking projects in the industry, such as delivering Microsoft and Salesforce data centers, leading the hyperscale growth of Silent-Aire through product development and innovation, and developing world class server solutions at Dell Technologies. I enjoy learning new things, collaborating with diverse teams, and solving complex challenges. And hard-coded systems cannot change, leading to performance degradation and a lack of resiliency.Phaidra creates AI-powered control systems that automatically learn, adapt, and get better over time. Just as autonomous vehicles get smarter over time, so too will future industrial facilities. Our team has already delivered 40% energy savings at Google\'s data centers, and we\'re rapidly bringing AI technology to other types of industrial facilities.
