International Affairs Executive: Strategy, Operations, Partnerships, Programs, People Leadership Since beginning my career as a US Peace Corps volunteer, I have been a passionate and engaged internationalist focused on advancing the organizations, relationships, and solutions that positively affect human development, security, and prosperity around the world. I have extensive non-profit management experience, playing a key role in leading organizational growth, bilateral and multilateral partnerships, business development, program innovation, and diverse and geographically dispersed teams. In complex and changing environments, I have built vital coalitions, crafted new solutions, and navigated challenges and crises to ensure continued impact, as well as financial and operational strength. I have also developed a broad network in the international affairs arena, and advocated in public forums for critical policies and programs. I deeply enjoy working with the other members of the executive team and the Board of Directors to establish and implement growth and operational strategies. My leadership also centers on staff development, helping individuals and teams realize their potential. Outside of work, and on the domestic front, I am an avid gardener, conservationist, cyclist, and hiker who has section-hiked miles of the Appalachian Trail over the last several years.
