   Led the firms trading and portfolio accounting system change to Enfusion, while simultaneously changing workflows and processes from third-party to in-house functionality- Created and maintained project budget, built out all custom firm reporting for front office and outside investors- Designed and implemented the framework for all new team tasks and workflows, with the overarching goal of automating the most critical tasks, e.g daily/monthly reconciliations, verification of NAV performance including TWR calculations for 21 funds, corporate action processing and cashflow management- Consistent review of all processes to assist in pursuing the removal of operational risk, particularly any manual tasks performed by the team- Main point of contact for all new and existing third-party vendor contracts with a focus on reducing proposed annual contract increases- Built all pre and post trade compliance investment guidelines customized for each fund in Enfusion, primarily utilizing Bloomberg data feeds (API) to pull data points for instrument custom attributes- Worked directly with traders and PMs on all UAT testing scenarios prior to successful go-live- Manage a team of back/middle office professionals with a focus on creating a positive team environment while fostering relationships to encourage individual growth- Contributions made to assist CCO/COO with various regulatory filings, Form PF, Form ADV, Form 13F.
