   Senior Technical Space & Satellite Client Lead Recruiter & Amazon Bar Raiser to Vice Presidents, Directors, & Senior Hiring Managers, partnered with these leaders to create a DEI focused recruiting strategy to cover their future hiring needs. Specific areas supported were Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Hardware Engineering (ASIC, PCBA), SDE, TMP, Product Managers, Internal Procurement, EHS, EA, Industry Specialist & Supply Chain Brainstormed different ideas with teams on technical requirements of group and scope of work and how to achieve these goals. Performed internet sourcing, branding strategies, job fairs, university college recruiting and diversity events to network and generate candidate resumes and referrals. Made offers to external candidates and partnered with hiring managers on internal hiring.
