Frontera Capital Partners was founded in 2019 with the intention of acquiring Industrial Real Estate assets, Land, and synergistic operating companies along the I-10 corridor from West Coast to East Coast. Frontera accesses capital from a diverse network of U.S. and international institutional investment firms, high net worth individuals, family offices and our own resources. With this broad array of capital we nimbly pursue distressed, value, and growth opportunities. As a rule of thumb, we only pursue investments as a general partner or controlling shareholder, and never as a passive limited partner or minority shareholder. The firm employs and contracts over 200 corporate and field professionals and maintains its headquarters in Austin, Texas.
