Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders to promote preparedness and operational resiliency for business services. Provide consultation and support for disaster declaration events. Expert in coordination of Disaster Recovery tests for individual applications as well as data centers; includes setting scope, project planning, defining objectives, conducting test planning meetings, review of test plans, test implementation, issue tracking/resolution, status updates and test reporting. Knowledge of Data Center technology and experience testing multiple IT infrastructure platform types and technologies.
