Run daily Neurostar TMS and Spravato (esketamine) treatments on patients and assist with patient motor threshold mappings; ran over 800 TMS treatments (over 450 hours of clinical care) and gained experience communicating with patients about their mental illness and traumas; treated patients with MDD, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.• Develop and initiate new treatment protocols for the practice including bilateral TMS treatment for anxiety, prolonged intermittent theta burst stimulation (piTBS), and a modified Stanford Neuromodulation Therapy (SNT) protocol to improve treatment efficacy• Conduct secondary data analysis research to assess efficacy of bilateral TMS on treatment-resistant MDD patients with co-morbid anxiety disorders; organized and transcribed data to SPSS, helped form research questions, and will assist with running and analyzing statistics.• Maintain daily progress notes on patients and track patient progress through weekly depression and anxiety questionnaires; analyze data from these measures to assess the success rate of TMS • Recruit potential patients for TMS treatment through screening patients, tracking patient leads, and organizing lunch n’ learns with doctors to raise awareness for TMS• As an office manager, regularly resolved patient issues and cleared up scheduling difficulties; assisted with creation of a new website, created new procedures and manuals to allow better organization and ease for coworkers; adapted the practice to online sessions and virtual forms during the COVID-19 pandemic
