Passionate about health as well as our environment. Serial healthcare entrepreneur and business executive. Medically qualified with a doctorate in Physiological Sciences (Immunology). Co-founder of Added Health(TM). Former NED of RespApp Health - acquired by Pfizer, 2022. Co-founder (2001) with Dr Owen Epstein and University College London of the Map of Medicine - a set of clinical algorithms designed as thought-flows / care pathways. Acquired by the Hearst Corporation in 2008 after achieving a national license (£68.5M 10-year contract value) across NHS England and Wales. First successful multimillion pound exit. Founder (2013) of Doctor Care Anywhere (DCA)- enabling convenient and confidential access to experienced General Practitioners, from anywhere. DCA was acquired in in a stock swap in 2016 and then listed on the ASX in December 2020 (market cap of over A$200M) when I sold my shareholding.NED of ResApp Health, an ASX listed AI-enabled respiratory and sleep apnea diagnostics company. Acquired by Pfiizer in September 2022.
