ABOUT MICHAEL STEFFEN
Ambitious, driven and focused, I have, over the course of my professional and academic life, dedicated myself to crafting and honing a particular set of skills. Whereby, I am seeking enhanced professional experience within the context of Research, International Development Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid, International Relations and Editorial Work, notably with respect to issues of sustainable development, gender equality, human rights and decolonial perspectives, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goals 4, 5, 10, 11, 16, 17. The competences and nuanced perspectives gained over the course of my academic life and professional engagements proved uniquely beneficial to my growth as a researcher and humanitarian worker. But most importantly, I am ready to broaden my horizon on a new scale, as I am constantly learning and evolving.
