I serve as a Technical Lead on the Enterprise Merchandising Planning Systems Team. I\'m working to complete the transformation of our on-premise Core Retail Management System and it’s migration to a cloud environment with an awesome team of highly skilled and talented people. I bridge the gaps between Technology and our Business functions to team up, identify business requirements, make key decisions, document the process, and review our software development work to make sure we\'re meeting the needs of the business. Once the software is developed, tested, and pushed to production, I support the successful transition to our users for their new software platform. My area of expertise is in retail supply chain processes - specifically around the creation of purchase orders, vendor shipments, distribution to stores, omnichannel order fulfillment to customers, and inventory management.
