With offices in Amsterdam, Dallas, NYC, and London, Harver is disrupting the recruitment industry and providing companies with an intelligent way to evaluate and automate all aspects of candidate selection, while simultaneously fighting unconscious bias in the process.The Implementation Consultant partners with clients to manage the setup, installation, configuration, and integration of Harver technology solutions. •Effectively manage new customer implementations to ensure the solution meets the customers’ requirements and timeline•Serve as primary point of contact between client throughout the entire implementation process •Provide consulting and assistance to customers via phone, email, and onsite visits as required •Define product specifications for customer installation•Respond to customer inquiries and direct the resolution of outstanding issues •Manage multiple client projects while providing both high level and detailed hiring process consulting•Conduct assessment of customer needs, explain the product features and functionality, and how it can improve their hiring process•Gather insightful product feedback from customers to help inform Harver’s future product roadmap•Monitor customer utilization and adoption of the solution throughout the engagement •Improve processes in the Professional Services organization •Ability to work with all level business segments using technical expertise •Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with Harver\'s policies, procedures, and core values
