I have spent the last 12 years as a retail manager within the golf industry, I am a certified club fitter and certified club technician. I successfully completed week long fitting and club repair certification courses at Golfworks/Maltby. I am a certified club fitter through Titleist, Ping, Callaway, Cobra, Taylormade, and Mizuno. Prior to that I was responsible for running day to day operations of a 4.5 star fine dinning restaurant, including hiring and training of all staff, managing schedules and payroll, and seating of restaurant and bar. Golf Galaxy career: Customer Service Manager, Golfworks Manager, Operations Manager, and Softlines Manager. In my current position of Softlines Manager I am responsible for all merchandising, shipping/receiving, signage, in store specials and markdowns done on a weekly basis, setting and maintaining apparel leaderboards and resets to company standards. Along with running the sales floor and hiring and training new associates.
