About Michael Smith

In my career, I have accumulated nearly two decades of experience working with the Duck Creek platform as an employee of Duck Creek and Accenture Duck Creek. I continued that streak with NIIT Technologies as the Duck Creek Practice Lead. While there, I helped to nearly triple the revenue numbers in under 3 years with the firm. My experience ranges from ManuScript development, Account Management, Team Lead, Architect, PreSales Configuration Demo Lead and Accenture Manager. My most recent career move has taken the skills I have developed, to a start-up called Next Level Solutions. Here I have taken on the role of COO and Managing Partner. In this role, I am excited to be able to have the opportunity to grow development teams in all areas of Duck Creek (Policy, Billing, and Claims). I will be hands on in the training and mentoring of the resources we bring on, to develop first class teams which we will use to provide the best service possible to our clients.
