With deep roots in Southern Nevada and a rich background in entrepreneurship and executive leadership, I bring a unique blend of skills to the table. My career journey spans pivotal roles in construction, finance, and auditing, each contributing to a comprehensive understanding of minimizing liability while maximizing profitability. As the founder of The Landscape Company, LLC, I\'ve driven significant growth, securing $3.23M in new revenue by focusing on new construction installations, custom landscape designs, and maintenance. Managing a team of 12 and coordinating resources between subcontractors and in-house talent, I thrive on delivering exceptional results in dynamic environments. Previously, as Director of Managed Services at CVI Digital Solutions, I oversaw a portfolio encompassing 8,379 digital print devices across 143 contracts. My strategic initiatives not only expanded our market footprint but also enhanced profitability through innovative service integration. At LaserWorld, where I served as President and CEO, I led a successful transition from transactional sales to highly profitable managed services contracts, maintaining strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Sharp USA, HP, and Kyocera. My journey is underpinned by a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, complemented by extensive leadership experience and a track record of achieving Presidents Club and Founders Club recognition. Outside of work, I balance a passion for family (father of five) with a commitment to community service, including my role as an Eagle Scout and Wood Badge certified leader.
