   I developed a business plan and sustainability model for a nascent organization which is now fully sustainable and is considered a national leader in Health Information Exchange (HIE). I partner with my management team determine courses of action which make financial and strategic sense. I led efforts to migrate our organization from a start up entity to a fully sustainable, independent company. I am fully accountable for our P&L and enjoy bringing divergent stakeholders into consensus to achieve our goal of providing the best healthcare in the country. I enjoy speaking publicly about the mission and the successes of our organization- NeHC Sustainability Forum Co-Chair- Presented at national Medicaid HITECH conference- Speaker at ONC national conferences
