As the EY Americas Financial Services Organization (FSO) Markets Leader, my team is responsible for understanding the current and ever-changing market trends that driving change in financial institutions based sector, complexity and other market factors such as impact of tariffs, M&A activity, changing risk / regulatory landscape, tax legislation, increased focus on cost reduction operational efficiency, growing demand for offshore scaled technology delivery and integrating artificial intelligence into business operations.The FSO Markets team will leverage business intelligence tools, industry and sector research, and insights from our Board and C-Suite networks to maintain an informed, disciplined strategy to continuously enhance the most optimal portfolio of solutions to offer our clients today and into the future.Throughout my 20+ years at EY, I have served in a number of client and leadership positions. In my previous role as FSO market segment leader, I led our business in the southern US and Puerto Rico where I oversaw all service lines and leveraged the full power of the US firm to expand and create new revenue streams. During my tenure, the geography saw a 75% growth in headcount and differentiated performance across all traditional business metrics. I am passionate about sustaining a strong culture at EY and continually looking for ways to evolve as a leader and colleague. I hold a BA and MBA from Wake Forest University.
