I am that guy.I like to solve problems, from big and complex – like cultures and processes, to small and niche – like a machine with suspect reliability. I’ve been able to make a career of doing this, managing to instill and build large and effective maintenance programs at both Leprino Foods and at Eaton – to doing whole plant turnarounds at Eaton and Belden.I’ve also always loved to build and grow things, be it gardens or businesses, home improvements or large infrastructural projects, I just love to watch anything I work with get better, more efficient, and more effective than it was yesterday.
