ABOUT MICHAEL SIEB
I\'m a Servant Leader (ESTJ-A, 16-personalities), Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and PMP® with 15+ years of hands-on experience in various industries. My friendly, empathic, and persistent way of driving, also inconvenient, topics to their (re-)solution, is proven by my record. Furthermore, my quick comprehension and analytical thinking enable me to make rapid progress, especially on interdisciplinary and complex topics. I started as an electronics technician, after my graduation I’ve been an embedded SW Dev, became a (Lead) Systems developer with product ownership, project-/program manager, cross-functional R&D team lead, Defect manager, Defect & (design) Change Management process owner, and now I lead and enable teams in \'both worlds\', waterfall & agile and their blends, to become high-performance, high-value generating teams, rise to a higher level and deliver the \'desired product\'.
