Designed, measured, and tested 25+ parts in Creo for both the ML1 and ML2 wearable devices utilizing injection molding, CNC, progressive die, die cutting, and 3D printing manufacturing methods.• Designed and evaluated a unique lens system within the ML2 wearable architecture. Examples include root causing parting line gaps caused by improper bonding and loss of adhesive strength caused by surface contamination.• Completed design changes to reduce the FFR for critical components. • Reviewed failed units from customers to understand field failures and determine corrective actions.
