Retained by public and private higher education institutions, independent schools, and other non-profit organizations to increase their fundraising results and effectiveness in annual, capital, and comprehensive campaigns. Produce custom analytics assessments of prospect and donor bases including philanthropic capacity and campaign projections. Re-balance gift officer portfolios to focus on prospects of capacity. Evaluate staff management, workflow, and staff effectiveness concerns. Recommend and implement improvements for fundraising effectiveness and goal achievement.Increase clients net fundraising revenue and deliver campaign planning supports thorough advancement analytics assessments; provide pre, mid, and post campaign assessments; and traditional feasibility studies. Identify overlooked and underrated prospects of capacity, provide tools that assist with the identification of new prospects, and implement leadership annual, major gift and principal gift analytic reviews. • Conduct advancement analytics assessments including review of past performance, and forecast future potential based on wealth overlay of file and generational segmentation. Conduct workflow assessments for all Advancement staff and produce analysis of current fundraising activities with future forecasts. Advancement Services reviews include database audits, system audits, budget analyses, data appends, wealth appends, workflow assessments, and ensuring compliance with CASE, FASBE, and IRS guidelines/rules.• Identify process and workflow issues in all areas of advancement, including gift officer productivity, gift officer administrators, advancement services staff, volunteer leadership, prospect management, donor relations, and development operations.• Generate ROI projections focused on net income forecasts, overlaid with strategic investment models for Advancement staff, add/update wealth identification information on prospects for portfolio updates and new portfolio alignments.
