As a Senior System Engineer, I have over a decade of experience in designing, building, and maintaining endpoint management systems for enterprise environments. My mission is to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of corporate IT infrastructure, which supports thousands of users across multiple locations.I have expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Jamf Pro and Microsoft InTune to provision, configure, and update endpoint devices. I also leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure to automate and scale IT processes and services. Additionally, I manage and deploy corporate network and communication systems such as Google Workspace, Meraki, Slack, and Zoom. I enjoy collaborating with the service desk and other IT teams to provide technical support and guidance, and to deliver innovative and user-friendly IT solutions using open-source toolsets like Nudge and Swift Dialog.

   As Senior Systems Engineer at Outpost, I lead all things IT and Field Tech — from managing our core corporate IT infrastructure to designing and deploying physical security systems at our terminals. I oversee everything from Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack administration to the network infrastructure that connects our offices and field locations.Since joining, I’ve guided Outpost through several major transitions: migrating from Office365 to Google Workspace, rolling out Zoom and Slack as our primary collaboration tools, and moving from Dialpad to Zoom Phone for VoIP. I also led the design and deployment of our cloud-based access control and video management systems, including a camera package that supports gate automation across our terminals.I currently manage a small but mighty team of three, covering IT support and field installations. Together, we ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable — supporting both our people and our operations as we grow.
