I am an experienced Managing Director with national and international experience in leading, developing and providing Energy Management, Facilities Management, Sustainability and Carbon Reduction Services at both a strategic and tactical level. I have worked both in the UK and Europe in the energy, FM and sustainability arenas where I have created and developed energy management, facilities management & sustainability business units to deliver to client’s and organisations directly, both a new route to market and also to enhance current business activity driving both revenue and margin. I currently chair the BSA Energy & Environmental Committee. I am a Trustee (NED) of the Lighthouse Schools Partnership Multi Academy Trust, Chair of the Local Governing Board of Yatton Schools, Chair of Kingston Seymour Parish Council and a Member of the Royal Air Force Club House Committee. I am use to operating as a marketeer and have directed marketing & communication within energy services and FM businesses, where this included proposition / brand development linked to both internal and external sell. I have managed and developed FM services to major organisations including head office, retail, support and data centre facilities. I am experienced in utility procurement having both managed major client supply accounts as well as utility procurement teams across a range of approaches. Within this I have had to manage pan european supply and reporting arrangements. I have had to advise clients on strategies, tender and supply market intelligence and then monitor progress against these recommendations. I have very significant experience of leading energy generation and energy demand initiatives across a range of clients from Retail, Industrial, Education, Public and Commercial Sectors. This includes developing financial / investment plans, scoping / delivering projects, implementing effective site energy management approaches, regular communication and stake holder engagement / reporting at all levels within an organisation.
