My practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, infrastructure / construction disputes and professional negligence matters. In my commercial litigation practice, I have represented a variety of local, national and international corporations in complex commercial disputes. I have also represented major contractors, owners and designers in the context of large complex infrastructure disputes both in court and in private arbitration. In my professional negligence practice, I have represented engineers, doctors, lawyers and investment advisors in both malpractice lawsuits and before professional disciplinary bodies. I have assisted and appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta and Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals in both provinces.
