I’m a leader focused on building strong teams, improving operations, and taking on increasing responsibility in both my civilian and military roles.In my full-time work as an Assistant Manager in a warehouse environment, I operate in a fast-paced setting where efficiency, accountability, and problem-solving matter every day. I enjoy stepping into challenges, creating structure where it’s needed, and helping teams perform at a higher level.I also serve as a Platoon Leader in the Army National Guard, where I’m responsible for leading and developing Soldiers while executing mission-focused training and operations. This experience has shaped how I approach leadership—stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and lead from the front.What drives me most is growth—both my own and the people around me. I’m always looking for ways to improve processes, develop others, and prepare for the next level of leadership.I’m currently focused on continuing to grow into larger leadership roles where I can make a meaningful impact, build high-performing teams, and take on greater responsibility.
