As Managing Director of Sealeys Walker Jarvis, I bring over 32 years of experience in property sales, lettings, management, and auctions. Our organisation covers residential and commercial properties across Kent. We pride ourselves on delivering professional, client-centred services, ensuring that our clients\' interests take precedence in every transaction. Dedicated to advancing industry standards, I serve on the Board of Directors at Propertymark, contributing to the development and promotion of best practices in estate and letting agency. With demonstrated expertise in management, negotiation, and leadership, I am committed to fostering trust and excellence in the property industry, reflecting the values and mission of Sealeys Walker Jarvis. I am passionate about supporting my local community. Alongside my role at Sealeys Walker Jarvis, where we have a Charity and Community Programme, I serve as Vice-Chairman of Walk Tall, a local charity supporting young people. I am also a Non-Executive Director at Rosherville, sitting on the board overseeing three companies within a group for the local authority. Previously, I have held several board positions, including serving as Vice-Chairman of my local football club, Ebbsfleet United.I am also the author of \'The Estate Agent Who Was Loved\', a book exploring how estate agents and business owners can build trust, long-term working relationships and a positive reputation within their communities. Drawing on my experience in the property industry, the book reflects my belief that successful businesses are built not just on transactions, but on integrity, service and genuine community engagement.
