I am a Manager with extensive experience in a wide variety of industries including information technology, facilities, real estate, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial, public safety, hospitality, general commercial, finance, retail, military, academic, and high-end residential, leading projects of up to $150MM for the entire project life-cycle. I have extensive experience in all levels of project design, development, and construction throughout the U.S. I started my career in architecture working through construction and facility management, which allowed me to develop a strong background in large/complex project planning and execution. One of my strengths gravitates around working with team members conceiving and designing a custom plan for each project that is best suited to the client and the local environment, according to a deep understanding of the unique characteristics of each project type, geography, and local economy. This approach allows me to ensure high-performance results given the right conditions. I believe in fostering team collaboration and clear communication among subcontractors, the owner, and firm project members, allowing each person to clearly, efficiently, and effectively understand and meet the goals and objectives specific to each role and to the overall success of the project.
