ABOUT MICHAEL SCHMID

I’m working as a Partner & Executive Consultant at 2Leadership GmbH and at the same time as CEO and Owner of the management consultancy ms² CONSULTING Berlin. I look back on over 20 years of experience in leading and managing (CEO and CFO) large service companies and I am a proven expert in the real estate, plant construction, facility management and mobility industries. Currently, I am passionately expanding my contacts and knowledge in the highly exciting ecosystem of the start-up scene, both on the founder and investor side.After an extremely successful career in German “Mittelstand” businesses and large corporations, I decided in 2019 to pass my vast knowledge and extensive experience as a modern leader to the next generation of executives. During my activities in the industry, I realized very early on that, in addition to consistent customer orientation, the entire expert knowledge, functional processes and structures, especially the corporate culture and the ability of the teams to work together in a goal-oriented manner, makes the essential difference between sustainably successful and less successful companies.My private environment is also quite multifaceted. First and foremost, of course, my family and my friends. Politics, association work and social activities complete the \"official\" life. But also fitness activities, playing golf and moving fast vehicles are not to be missed to compensate.I am certified for all N.E.W.S.®-Navigating in Times of Change Organizational Development Solutions and a certified international N.E.W.S.®- Executive Coach.
