   I direct a team of talented multi-disciplinary Design Engineers, Project Managers, and the Design Engineering Manager, as well as many different contractors and suppliers to the business. Our contract R&D office is ISO 13485 certified, largely focused on Medical design, but we also serve the Industrial and general embedded design markets. My main responsibilities include oversight of the P&L, business development and searching for new, evolving technology, contract and proposal composition for our customers, mentoring of the staff, and guide the System Architectures for the most complex projects. We report to a PCBA and subassembly Manufacturing site in Watertown, South Dakota, and have a great deal of experience in Design For Manufacturing (DFM), Design For Test (DFT), and transferring complex electromechanical projects into manufacturing. I am very technical in nature and enjoy the challenges of contract design and manufacturing.
