Successfully created an entire reporting system that has been adopted by the organization and enables analysts to bid on millions in mortgages per day. • Drives to achieve continuous improvement initiatives related to system integration and integrity. • Coaches and mentors new hires on varied processes, procedures, and systems; ensures junior employees develop and grow their knowledge and abilities in an effort to achieve company targets.
