Over the course of my career, I\'ve developed a deep understanding of diverse business units, resulting in an ability to develop compliance strategies and associate labor solutions to help drive positive business outcomes. The key factor to my success has been my ability to maintain open lines of communication between executive leadership, operational leadership and HR. My expertise lies in transforming team cultures through redefining HR & compliance policies. Throughout my career, I’ve consulted on issues such as talent management strategy, succession planning, organizational development, and workforce analytics across all levels within global organizations ranging from corporate to retail environments.
