As the founder and CEO of Engineering Consultants Group, Inc, I have over 33 years of experience in the field of engineering consulting. I started my career as a Field Engineer at Babcock & Wilcox, where I gained practical experience in boiler equipment operation, performance testing, field inspection and repair, site coordination, and plant turnkey startup.I transitioned ECG from a controls and equipment testing service provider to a data acquisition, monitoring, and custom application design and development firm. I leveraged my knowledge of power plants to develop specialized applications that monitor the performance and reliability of asset-intensive electric utility equipment. I lead ECG\'s Predictive Analytics team who has developed advanced analytics to model asset health and equipment reliability by predicting the behavior of assets, identifying fault-related symptoms, and computing the likelihood of typical failure modes. These analytics exploit data from multiple systems such as real-time and relational data.
